Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship

1. Who is eligible for Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship?

 

The Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship is for entrepreneurs, impact investors, artists, doctors, scientists and leaders of businesses, incubators, government agencies, NGOs, foundations, universities or international organizations who are addressing the root causes of social inequity or long term environmental damage with concrete initiatives in existing organizations or sustainable ventures.

All Humanitarian.MBA graduates have the option to get accredited and become Roxbourg Fellows.

2. What is the minimum time commitment for Roxbourg Fellows?

 

The minimum time commitment is 4 hours per year.

3. Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship Application Process:

 

The SwissMBA.Org / Leapfrog Education Accreditation Protocol (LEAP) certification process for Roxbourg Fellows is part of the Roxbourg HYPR Accelerator. Here is the application process:

Step 1: Your application will be verified by the Roxbourg Team and you may need to provide additional information.

Step 2: You will be invited to a brief audition with the Roxbourg Team and answer the following questions:

: How are you building a better world?
: What is your biggest achievement?
: What is your biggest hurdle?
: Why are you interested in the Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship / HYPR Accelerator?

Step 3: Based on your application, audition, and additional Q&A, you will receive the Leapfrog Education Accreditation Protocol (LEAP) certification and be ready to be appointed as a Roxbourg Fellow.

4. Nomination for the Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship:

 

As a Roxbourg Fellow, you are expected to be a role model for other innovators and comfortable with the mission of the Roxbourg HYPR Accelerator where we are providing you free services with the expectation that you are committed to growing your sustainable venture or companywide initiative.

5. Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship On-boarding Session:

 

During the onboarding session, we will provide you an overview of all the steps and offer you the Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship contract.

6. Announcement of your appointment as a Roxbourg Fellow:

 

Next, we will announce your accreditation as a Roxbourg Fellow. There are three levels of the Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship:

: Orange Level: This is the entry-level of the Roxbourg HYPR Fellowship, for everyone who has launched their sustainable venture or companywide initiative.

: Green Level: This is for the domain experts with at least 6 years of experience in managing sustainable ventures and companywide initiatives.

: Blue Level: This is for the grandmasters of sustainability with 10+ years of experience gained after managing global sustainable ventures or companywide initiatives.

7. Co-produce your Roxbourg Seminar:

 

Broadly speaking there are two types of seminars:

Mission-based seminars - Type A: This is where you can present the biggest challenges your sustainable venture is facing and invite the participants to solve "missions". These missions are like "micro-apprenticeships", where participants learn by doing.

Lesson-based seminars - Type B: These are seminars where you can share insights. For example - here are the 3 things I want every sustainable innovator to know. These "lessons" are like a "micro-internship", where participants learn based on experience.

8. Deliver your first Roxbourg Seminar:

 

Once you have delivered your seminar, you will discover if you like this approach. And based on the feedback, you will have the opportunity to scale up by adding more seminars to the Roxbourg MBA Platform or start your own Humanitarian.MBA Program.
