How does it work?

Building your own customized professional development track is a streamlined, four-step journey:

1. Finalize Your Vision

Define your target in terms of the number of people you want to serve with your Social Venture or your Innovation Academy. Roxbourg is committed to a sustainable growth model that doesn't take an equity stake in your venture or pressure innovators into debt. Instead, we provide full access to our global acceleration infrastructure for a fair, transparent fee on a per-student, per-year basis.

2. Build Your Leadership Team

Identify the core team members who will receive Merit-Based Scholarships for the online Roxbourg Professional MBA in Switzerland. This training equips them to operationalize and lead your Innovation Academy anywhere in the world.

3. Validate Your Plan

Start building your website, social media streams, complete registration with local authorities, close partnership deals, and present your venture plan to the Roxbourg Professional Validation Board. Once approved, start preparing for the global launch of your venture or innovation academy using Roxbourg’s events, storytelling, and technology platforms. All professional qualifications are issued by the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE) in Switzerland.

4. Launch Your Venture/Academy
